Das Unternehmen verfügt bereits heute über eine der modernsten und umwelt- sowie klimafreundlichsten Kreuzfahrtflotten weltweit. Im Zuge des nachhaltigen Wachstums sind bis 2026 drei weitere Schiffsneubauten geplant.
Die TUI Cruises GmbH sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, zunächst befristet für 24 Monate, hauptsächlich mit Einsatz in Monfalcone eine/n:
Procurement and Logistics Manager (all gender)
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Support in the organization and implementation of purchasing for the new construction projects (Owner Supplies).
- Support of existing suppliers, acquisition of new suppliers.
- Support in the organization and implementation of the logistics for the new construction projects in connection with the owner supplies.
- Budget planning and monitoring and associated invoice verification and processing.
- Definition and maintenance of so-called yard related items (purchase by TUIC, installation or preparation for assembly by the shipyard).
- Link between the teams involved on the part of TUI Cruises internally (including the product department), the shipyards, Royal Caribbean Group, and other service providers.
- On-site support of logistics at the shipyard sites during the construction and delivery phase (mainly Monfalcone/Italy)
- Regular reporting.
- Participation in the preparation of risk analyses.
- Purchase Order Creation and Invoice Control.
- Administration of information and data including distribution
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- commercial education, graduated or apprenticeship and/or completed business studies.
- Professional experience and, ideally, relevant knowledge in the logistics sector.
- Affinity for numbers and tables.
- Structured, organized work as well as analytical thinking skills.
- Experience in dealing with purchasing systems (especially smart procure) is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and ability to work in a team.
- Spoken and written English (business fluent).
- Italian spoken and written is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Very high degree of initiative and independence as well as strong communication skills.
