ABOUT THE JOB

  • You will take on audit assignments with a focus on Business Assurance, covering all operational processes, not just finance. Our engagements are customer-oriented, meaning that in addition to pure assurance, advisory services may also be required.You will identify and assess significant risks and develop measures for risk mitigation, considering the commercial and organizational impacts on the TUI Group. During assignments, you will be the primary contact, keeping various stakeholders informed and managing the engagement largely independently.

  • You will self-organize your development in areas such as Project & Transformational Assurance, ESG, and internal control systems, acquiring ad-hoc knowledge on new topics during audits.

  • You will assist us in continuously improving our own processes, for example, by utilizing agile methods or implementing AI.

  • You are willing to travel for business, typically for a few days, with a maximum duration of two weeks.

 

ABOUT YOU 

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, and ideally relevant certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or an interest in obtaining them.

  • You bring at least 3-5 years of experience in audit or assurance and have knowledge in finance controls, internal control systems, project assurance, or ESG-related audit topics.

  • You are characterized by analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. You are eager to continuously learn new requirements and apply your skills in an international and intercultural environment.

  • Ideally, you have a good understanding of the travel industry and current market trends, and you are familiar with stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you are proficient in using MS Office 365 applications, AI, and possibly data analytics tools.

  • You are fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
