Interim Head of Digital Marketing International (m/f/d)
Starting on 1 January 2026 | fixed-term for 6 months | full-time
Location: flexible, but travel to Hanover office
The Interim Head of Digital Marketing International is responsible for developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy for TUI Amello, promoting our 12 hotel brands, to new international markets, reporting in to the Digital Director. This includes managing agencies and ensuring first-class marketing across all digital channels to increase brand awareness and sales. A compelling customer offering and brand platform will be developed in close collaboration with the brand teams.
You will perform these tasks with enthusiasm:
- Develop a digital marketing strategy to launch TUI Amello in to new international markets driving incremental hotel sales across our 12 hotel brands.
- Establishing and managing international media agencies to support the development of a digital marketing strategy, incorporating market and competitive analysis.
- Planning, implementing and optimising brand and performance campaigns; creating business cases and managing budgets.
- Defining a clear customer promise and developing a global brand platform in collaboration with the brand teams.
- Managing creative agencies for high-quality, locally adapted digital assets and cross-channel campaigns.
- Setting marketing budgets, defining KPIs, performance analysis and reporting to optimise investments.
- Implementation of efficient processes and promotion of innovation.
- Integration of CRM and loyalty programmes into the marketing strategy working with CRM team.
You should bring your personality and the following:
- A degree in marketing, economics or a comparable qualification (master's degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in brand, marketing and media strategy in a senior position.
- Proven success in developing marketing strategies and managing campaigns, preferably international.
- In-depth experience in managing media and creative agencies as well as expertise in digital channels (paid media, social, programmatic, search).
- Ability to develop brand platforms and customer offerings for different markets.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills (budget planning, KPIs, reporting).
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presenting skills at c-suite level.
- Strategic, practical thinker with a high degree of adaptability.
- Results-oriented, innovation-driven and cooperative.
- Experienced in creating business cases and return on investment.
