As Manager Group HR-Reporting & People Analytics, you'll build the foundation for future-proof analytics while creating efficiencies and transparency across the Group through data-driven workforce insights that improve organizational performance.
The role will be published until November 21st.

ABOUT THE JOB
•    You'll track key HR metrics related to employee data points, helping inform strategic decisions and driving global practice and strategy.
•    We'll rely on you to create and maintain data sets, reports, and metrics for the Group while delivering timely reporting for all stakeholders, including troubleshooting issues.
•    Your meticulous preparation, analysis, and insightful commentary on TUI Group's personnel figures will be crucial for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
•    The role involves ensuring HR reporting and controlling, personnel costs, and headcount planning for TUI AG.
•    You'll drive our automated HR analytics by developing People/HR KPI dashboards that ensure high-quality output while respecting the sensitivity of HR data.
•    Supporting the implementation of new HR systems into our HR-IT landscape and aligning data definitions across the Group will be part of your responsibilities.


ABOUT YOU
•    You have proven experience in Data Analytics and/or HR Controlling in an international environment.
•    Your advanced analytical skills and tool knowledge ideally include experience with HR management systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), SAP BW or other controlling tools (e.g. HFM), as well as MS Office and data visualization tools like Tableau.
•    You demonstrate a high affinity for data to generate superior insights that drive business and shape the organization.
•    The ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations on current and future business needs comes naturally to you.
•    Your good communication and customer-facing skills enable effective interaction with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users.
•    We're looking for someone with a strong passion for solving business problems with data.
•    Very structured, diligent and independent way of working leading to utmost accuracy and quality of analyses.
•    Your excellent organizational skills and high degree of self-initiative and team spirit will help you succeed in this role.
•    Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level within a complex matrix organization.
•    Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English and German is required.
