Marketing Technology Architect
Hannover, NI, DE, 30625
The Marketing Technology Architect is the marketing technology brain of TUI's performance organisation.
This role ensures that advertising and marketing systems (CDP, feeds, tracking, GMP, Meta, Smartly, etc.) are effectively connected into internal data and product platforms like OneWeb and the App, while also aligning with local market workflows and campaign processes. It safeguards interoperability, drives innovation, and enables scaled, data-driven marketing across all markets.
This role is highly technical and hands-on, focused on the connective tissue between platforms. It defines how tools interact at a system level and gives clear architectural recommendations on how new platforms and features should be integrated into the wider ecosystem.Beyond technical oversight, the MarTech Architect plays a leading role in shaping how individual systems snap into each other and how activation at scale can be achieved.
The role is expected to own the architectural design for complex projects and ensure they are implemented in the most scalable and compliant way possible. The MarTech Architect plays a central role in reducing technical friction, enabling automation, and scaling campaign-ready integrations across the group.
