The Partnerships Lead will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance TUI's digital ecosystem across App & Future Channels. This role is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with technology partners, platform providers, and third-party services to create innovative omnichannel experiences and expand TUI's digital footprint.
The Partnerships Lead will identify new distribution opportunities, negotiate partnership agreements with procurement partners, and collaborate with product and technology teams to integrate partner solutions, driving customer engagement, revenue growth, and competitive advantage through strategic alliances that support TUI's digital transformation objectives.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for App & Future Channels, identifying strategic opportunities that align with our business objectives and enhance customer experiences.
- We'll rely on you to research, identify, and evaluate potential partners across technology platforms, distribution channels, and complementary services, assessing strategic fit and commercial potential.
- You'll build and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners will be central to your role as you serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
- You will work alongside our Procurement teams, you'll lead negotiations of partnership agreements, ensuring they deliver mutual value and align with TUI's strategic objectives.
- You will collaborate with product and technology teams will be essential to ensure successful integration of partner solutions into TUI's digital ecosystem.
- Your expertise will help us identify and evaluate emerging digital channels and platforms that represent future growth opportunities through pilot projects and proof-of-concepts.
- Establishing KPIs and monitoring frameworks will be part of your responsibility as you track partnership performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Working closely with product, technology, commercial, and market teams ensures partnership initiatives align with broader business objectives
- Maintaining strong knowledge of industry trends and representing TUI at industry events will help us identify new partnership opportunities and enhance our market position.
ABOUT YOU
- You have relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field, with an MBA being beneficial
- You possess proven experience in partnership management, business development, or similar roles that has equipped you with the skills needed to excel in this position
- You demonstrate a track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing successful strategic partnerships
- You bring experience in digital business, preferably in travel, e-commerce, or related industries, to help understand our ecosystem
- You offer strong understanding of digital platforms, technologies, and emerging channels to help drive our innovation agenda
- You have experience in commercial negotiation and contract development that will be valuable when working with our diverse partner network
- You possess strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate commercial opportunities essential for this strategic rol
- You have experience in working with Product and Technology teams in a Product Driven way.
