ABOUT THE JOB 

 

  • You'll develop and own the digital CX innovation roadmap, identifying opportunities across digital platforms, mobile applications, and emerging technologies that enhance customer value and brand preference.
  • Creating and guiding agile innovation squads will be central to your role, bringing together tech specialists and diverse stakeholders to rapidly prototype, test and refine new digital concepts and experiences.
  • We'll rely on you to scout emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and digital touchpoints, translating technical possibilities into tangible innovation initiatives that keep TUI at the forefront of the airline industry.
  • Your role involves designing and overseeing digital pilot programs, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from technical concept validation to post-launch analysis and optimization.
  • Embedding sustainability and environmental impact thinking into the digital innovation process ensures new tech initiatives align with TUI's broader corporate responsibility goals.
  • Building compelling business cases with clear technical requirements and financial models will support investment decisions and demonstrate commercial viability of digital innovation projects. 

 

ABOUT YOU 

 

  • You bring proven experience with digital platforms and technologies, having led innovation or transformation projects within a customer experience environment.
  • Your understanding of digital product development and technical implementation helps you connect innovative ideas with practical execution.
  • We value your ability to translate high-level strategic vision into practical, iterative digital innovation pilots and programs.
  • Your experience building and managing cross-functional teams with technical specialists in an agile, collaborative environment is essential for success.
  • Comfort working with technical ambiguity and complexity helps you navigate competing priorities to advance digital initiatives.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics and data-driven decision making enables you to measure impact and optimize customer experiences.
