We're looking for a Senior Manager Commercial Retail to drive B2B commercial performance within our flight consolidator business, ensuring comprehensive, logical, and consistent commercial outputs that support informed decision-making, optimise performance, and foster organisational growth across our agency distribution channels.

 

The role will be published until 1 May 2026. This role can be located at any of our headquarters within the market locations.

ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • You'll conduct regular performance monitoring and identify improvement initiatives to optimise B2B sales performance across agency channels, analysing key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions to address performance gaps.
  • We'll count on you to design products geared towards optimising retail sales performance across all channels, developing and implementing sales approaches to drive growth while identifying opportunities to increase agency productivity and sales conversion.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key market sales and agency partners will be essential as you implement engagement programs, address partner concerns, and ensure consistent service delivery to our 3000+ agency customers across up to 9 markets.
  • You'll collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive commercial outputs, building effective working relationships while ensuring B2B requirements are incorporated into feature development.
  • Conducting regular market analysis will help you build insights to drive commercial strategies, monitoring competitor activities and agency trends to inform B2B commercial decisions.
  • Implementing process development and optimisation strategies will drive operational performance through standardised commercial practices and process efficiencies.

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • You have experience in B2B commercial management, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Your understanding of the travel agency landscape and distribution channels provides context for your commercial strategies.
  • Experience in implementing commercial initiatives and sales growth strategies demonstrates your practical approach to driving performance.
  • Analytical abilities enable you to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights from sales information.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales and account management practices supports your daily work with agency partners.
  • Stakeholder management capabilities help you build effective relationships across multiple functions.
  • Communication abilities ensure your ideas and insights are clearly conveyed to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a commercial focus drive practical solutions to business challenges.
  • Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or related field provides a solid foundation.
  • Knowledge of travel distribution systems enhances your technical understanding of the business.
