ABOUT THE JOB

You'll lead and develop the controlling team, both professionally and disciplinarily, fostering the individual growth and expertise of your team members.

Acting as the primary contact for finance teams and General Managers of our hotels worldwide, you'll actively support them in the financial management of their operations.

Taking responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for the entities and hotels in your remit will be central to your role.

Analysing financial performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and working with operational teams to define targeted measures will help improve results across the board.

You'll ensure meaningful management reporting and continuously develop existing reports, dashboards, and steering tools to support decision-making.

Conducting feasibility calculations, business cases, and ad hoc analyses, you'll prepare well-founded decision papers for management and the board.
ABOUT YOU

You bring relevant qualifications in Finance, Controlling, or equivalent professional experience.

Your background includes proven professional experience in controlling, ideally in the hotel industry, tourism, or an international corporate environment.

Experience in leading and developing team members is desirable and will help you thrive in this role.

You have excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of business and financial interrelationships.

Your organised, solution-oriented way of working comes with a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Confident use of MS Office and HFM is essential; experience with Tableau, Tagetik, or comparable reporting and planning systems is an advantage.
