ABOUT THE JOB
Tourism is one of the world’s largest industries and the main force for development and prosperity in many parts of the world. Every holiday leaves an impression – in our hearts, but also on the environment. We use our scale and influence for the sustainable transformation of travel. We, the TUI Group Sustainability team, lead the work on this, based on our TUI Sustainability Agenda - People, Planet, Progress. In order to deliver on this, you will be part of this amazing team and work on the following:
- Sustainability Upskilling

Support our team in creating the TUI Sustainability Academy to drive TUI’s sustainability transformation

As part of our strategic building block "People", we are keen to upskill as many colleagues as possible in sustainability. We want to give people the opportunity to increase their knowledge and skills so they can actively contribute to driving the sustainable transformation of TUI. You will be part to fulfill this in every aspect - conduct research, work on the operational side with key stakeholders like the Learning & Development department and create content for the Academy.

Research how Sustainability content is ideally delivered to have a lasting impact on TUI colleagues

Opportunity to participate in conferences, workshops and training courses yourself

Support in implementing other strategic projects, work with the project management team together and help create communication materials, presentation slides & preparing meetings.

ABOUT YOU
-
You are completing a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of environmental or sustainability management, business, HR management, tourism or similar disciplines.

You have initial practical experience in the area of tourism, HR (focus on people development) or sustainability.

You are open-minded, curious and a lifelong learner.
-
You have excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of German is an advantage.

You are familiar with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

You have a strong interest in one or more of the following topics: all social aspects of ESG, people development, reporting processes, sustainable transformation, learning concepts.

You have an aptitude for working effectively with colleagues across different business functions, countries, and cultural backgrounds, and you thrive in virtual and international team environments.

You have a hands-on work mentality with analytical and problem-solving skills.
