ABOUT THE JOB 

 

  • create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.  
  • Take part & collaborate with the wider team in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.  
  • Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.  
  • You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting if possible to guests’ requirements


ABOUT YOU 

 

  • You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently and pro-actively communicating with all guests and hotel team
  • For this position, you need to have a recognized childcare qualification/education with specialization of 0–3-year-olds.  
  • You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to facilitate sessions and work as part of an international team.  
  • Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.  
  • You're flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and bring enthusiasm to lively activities like kid's discos and evening entertainment sessions.
  • You are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful.
