Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Chef within our a la carte restaurant where you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality à la carte dishes in accordance with company standards, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards within the kitchen operation.

ABOUT THE JOB

Works in the à la carte restaurant preparing and serving dishes according to guest orders
Ensures attractive food presentation and dish delivery in line with company procedures and standards
Plans and prepares ingredients required for the daily preparation of meals
Prepares menus and à la carte dishes in accordance with quality and presentation standards
Processes and prepares meat, fish, vegetables and other ingredients for kitchen operations
Participates in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP standards
Maintains cleanliness, hygiene and organisation within the kitchen area
Cooperates closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure excellent guest experience

ABOUT YOU

Vocational or secondary school qualification (KV/SSS)
Good standard of spoken English
Must have experience in the same or similar role
Motivated, responsible and communicative personality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
High level of professionalism, organisation and attention to detail
