  • ABOUT THE JOB
    Work together as an international team to deliver a unique and unforgettable guest experience.
    Participates in preparing the kitchen and all applicable workstations, equipment, and appliances ready for service.
    Responsible to prepare and produce all food items for either the respective buffet or al la carte menu items depicted for either breakfast, snack, lunch, or dinner.
    Assist guests with additional food allergy, nutritional requests.
    Maintain the highest cleanliness standards in all areas of the kitchen, food preparation areas and serving areas.
    Ensure food is stored and prepared in accordance with the TUI BLUE Hotels operating procedures, HACCP standards and legislation.
    Adheres to personal hygiene standards and professional appearance.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • You are passionate about delivering a high-quality culinary experience. 
  • A good standard of English is required. Local or other European languages are highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie, or Kitchen Chef in a fast-paced hotel environment highly desirable. 
  • A strong guest focused mindset and ability to adapt quickly. 
  • A strong team player.
