What We’re Looking For & About You

Language Skills: Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in an additional Nordic language is a plus.
Education: Completed secondary school and recently started (or planning to start) higher education.
Commitment: Ability to work with us for at least three years.
Sales Motivation: Passionate about sales, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer Focus: Dedicated to delivering personalized, professional customer service and guiding customers to the perfect holiday experience.
Upselling Expertise: Comfortable upselling and offering additional TUI products to enhance the customer’s holiday.
Problem-Solving: Positive attitude with a focus on finding solutions and overcoming challenges.
Technical Skills: Comfortable working with computers and managing communications via phone and written channels.
Travel Industry Experience: Previous experience in the travel sector is a plus.
Team Player: Committed to putting the team and customer first, fostering a collaborative environment.
Flexibility: Open to adapting to changing needs and circumstances.
