ABOUT OUR OFFER

 

  • Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.  
  • A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 17,150€ gross/year. 
  • Meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform.  
  • If you do not live near one of our hotels but are flexible to move within your country of residence, accommodation will be provided.

ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • You will deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities, while constantly interacting with our guests of all ages and nationalities.  
  • You also co-ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events for our main highlights of the week. You put the guest at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction
  • You deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.
  • You will help plan and run our main events during the day and evening. Your goal is to create a fun and special atmosphere that guests will always remember.


ABOUT YOU

 

  • You are a sociable individual with excellent people skills and the personality & confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team.
  • A careful and detail-focused individual with the ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities and events, always keeping guest needs in mind.
  • Additional skills such as singing, dancing, are appreciated but not essential.
  • You feel comfortable to communicate and host the Daytime & Evening events well in English – other languages are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable working in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experience to all our guests.
  • Finally … you will be proud to wear and represent our ‘TUI Smile’ at all times.
