As a Wedding Representative with TUI, you’ll play a key role in delivering once-in-a-lifetime experiences, ensuring every detail of a couple’s special day is perfectly planned, flawlessly delivered and truly memorable. ABOUT OUR OFFER
- A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 15.100 € gross/annual
- Any commission or extra payment comes on top.
- Seasonal contract starts in April 2026.
- 1,5 days off/week.
- 40 working hours/week.

ABOUT YOU
- Right to live and work in Greece is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, events, weddings or a similar guest-facing role (advantageous).
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to reassure, guide and delight customers.
- Strong organisation and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to think on your feet, solve problems quickly and remain professional under pressure.
- Sales awareness or experience, with confidence to identify and support local sales opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly when working closely with hotel partners and suppliers.
- Confidence working with legal documentation and liaising with local authorities or municipality offices.
- Digital confidence and computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, mobile devices – particularly iPads).
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Greek language is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
- A manual driving licence and willingness to drive is mandatory.
- A positive, people-focused attitude and strong teamwork mindset.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Meeting couples in resort prior to their wedding to discuss, confirm and finalise all arrangements
- Coordinating and confirming all pre-booked wedding extras, ensuring nothing is overlooked
- Acting as the main point of contact for couples, hotel partners, suppliers and local authorities
- Working closely with hotel partners to maintain strong, professional and collaborative relationships
- Supporting local sales opportunities, where appropriate, in line with customer needs
- Assisting with and coordinating legal paperwork, including working alongside local municipality offices to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
- Ensuring all wedding-day logistics are organised, confirmed and delivered to the highest standard
- Being present on the wedding day to oversee arrangements and ensure services are delivered smoothly
- Proactively resolving any issues on the spot to guarantee a stress-free and memorable experience
- Following up with couples after the wedding to ensure a first-class service has been delivered
