We are looking for a talented and dedicated professional to join our Customer Hub & Common Analytics domain which is responsible for driving AI transparency, awareness, initiatives and fostering collaboration across the whole organization. 

 

As the AI Practice Lead, you will lead the collaboration to your assigned business units. Using your expertise in AI as well as the business units, you will support our AI transformation, identify areas of improvement, support the role out of solutions or proof of concepts. At the same time, you will use your deep insight to create transparency across AI solutions in TUI. Your work with the AI Champions from the business units will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's AI capabilities. Your work will include engaging with employees across all levels, from technical communities to non-technical communities.

ABOUT THE JOB  

 

  • As an AI Practice Lead, you will collaborate closely with other AI teams, to support TUI in rapid adoption of beneficial AI solutions. Using your business insights, you work with surrounding teams to build proof of concepts, which showcase new possible solutions to existing business problems. 
  • Having and overview of different AI solutions used in your business units as well as across TUI, we can identify duplications, more efficient solutions and guide TUI to an effective use of our various AI adoptions.
  • Having a market overview of the industry as well as AI developments will enable you to identify completely new use cases and possible solutions, which you bring forward to proof their value. 
  • A key part of your role will be to engage and support AI champions across both technical and non-technical communities, fostering collaboration and driving growth within these groups.
  • You will be the main contact from the AI Lab for the AI Champions from your business units. This will enable you to gain a deep insight into the questions and problems of these areas, as well as having support and a contact for initiatives and workshops you are running. 
  • You will be capable of simplifying complex AI concepts for diverse audiences, while also creating reports and presentations on AI technologies, with materials specifically tailored for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Additionally, you will monitor market trends in AI through regular reports and reviews, working closely with innovation departments, project teams and external partners to keep the organization at the forefront of AI developments. 
  • You are a recognised thought leader, love to learn and acquire new skills and you enjoy teaching others.
  • You are not afraid to get stuck in and work directly with teams – you hate being in an ivory tower.

ABOUT YOU 

 

  • University degree in IT, Economics. 
  • Strong ability and enthusiasm for collaborating in an international and cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with good communication skills throughout all hierarchies. 
  • Great stakeholder management and ability to build long lasting relationships across all business units and hierarchies. 
  • Experience leading training sessions, workshops, or educational programs. 
  • Customer centric, passionate about delivering great digital products and services with a passion for AI technologies.
  • AI knowledge and ability to identify new possible adoptions to solve existing business problems. 
  • Good coaching and mentoring skills. 
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration and great teams. 
  • Open minded, inquisitive, life-long learner. 
  • Strong self-management skills, reliable and with a solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, highly autonomous. 
  • Passionate about community engagement and empowering others to develop new skills.
