As an Audit Administrator at TUI, you'll assist the Audit & Data Integrity Executive with the end-to-end audit process and undertake tasks to control and improve financial, data and decision accuracy while controlling and improving quality of claims and file handling as well as Recoveries, working within the Customer Claims team to ensure service levels, insurer accepted claims handling practices and internal procedures are maintained to the highest standards.

 

Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll assist in auditing internal claim files against service levels, insurer accepted claims handling practices and internal claims handling procedures & Recoveries for accuracy and quality control.

  • You'll assist in providing feedback to team members and management as to the results of those audits while producing housekeeping reports to identify anomalies within the data stored on the claims system and taking steps to remedy or explain those anomalies.

  • You'll monitor, implement and develop control work around the integrity of reserves, payments & Recoveries in the claims system and the interface between that system and other interfaces.

  • You'll identify training needs and trends to recommend to the Audit and Data Integrity Executive while undertaking a variety of administrative tasks and aiding department management wherever required.

  • You'll demonstrate a good level of customer service and look for innovative opportunities to develop good customer service while understanding the commercial impact of decisions around litigation and reacting to that impact appropriately.

  • You'll monitor management information and quickly respond to pre-empt problems while proactively seeking out feedback, receiving it well and acting upon it.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have knowledge of claims systems or file management systems with the ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly.

  • You possess an in-depth knowledge of MS Excel with an understanding of personal injury claims handling.

  • You demonstrate the ability to operate calmly in a high-pressure environment, achieving maximum output personally while monitoring and adjusting your own performance in respect of defined targets and overall objectives.

  • You show effective interpersonal skills with the ability to look at management information analytically.

  • You're upbeat and positive with the ability to recognise achievements and reward with praise while quickly changing ideas or perceptions based on new information and preparing others to respond positively to change.
