ABOUT THE JOB

  • Work with your manager in order to deliver the strategy for your destinations in terms of Bedstock,  Beds to Seats and Flight Only.
  • Collaborate across Early, Late and Third-Party Flying Trading teams and, with guidance from your manager, you will ensure we optimise our use of both variable and committed bedstock in order to achieve load factor targets and meet our bedstock financial commitments.
  • You will be comfortable at analysing and reviewing data for your resorts and acting upon your analyses.
  • Set up bed stock for a new season for your destinations to ensure the optimum balance of committed and variable beds to ensure availability across all days and durations.  The set up of each new season is crucial to a successful launch of a new programme – and therefore our ability to maximise sales.
  • Action bed-related queries for all resorts, action room conversions and turn these around within 24 hours to ensure we capture bookings which may not have been previously available.
  • Communicate well with your manager and other departments to ensure strategy is delivered and any barriers are addressed promptly.
