Brand Marketing Coordinator

Are you a marketing whizz with a compass for creativity and eyes sharper than a seagull? Then hop aboard—we’re on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to help steer the Marella Cruises brand.
As a key member of our crew, you’ll be a brand guardian—keeping us aligned with Marella’s true north while navigating towards new horizons of success. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, and partner agencies, you’ll help deliver campaigns that are consistent, distinctive, and full of value—our guiding stars.
You’ll need a curious mind, a can-do attitude, and a flair for storytelling that brings our brand to life for customers and colleagues alike. Bonus points if you love a nautical pun.

*You will be required to work in our Luton office on average one day per week.
Salary between £28,500 - £30,000 per annum.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll help deliver campaigns that are consistent, distinctive, and full of value across all acquisition channels.

You'll create and maintain brand assets, guidelines, templates, and toolkits to support our always-on approach to marketing.

We'll rely on you to monitor performance through post-campaign analysis and reports, sharing valuable insights with senior stakeholders.

You'll provide subject matter expertise for acquisition channels, handling briefings and approvals throughout the customer journey.

Collaborating with agency partners, you'll support the rollout and development of campaigns that bring our brand to life.

You have proven experience in planning and delivering marketing campaigns and reviewing performance post-campaign.

Your excellent attention to detail is matched with creative flair and an eye for design that helps our brand stand out.
