ABOUT THE JOB

  • As part of our centralised auditing service, you'll conduct internal and external audits across TUI AOCs, ensuring all E&M activities (CAMO, Part145 Organisations, Part 21 Organisations and associated service providers) comply with EASA, UK IOSA, and relevant aviation regulations.
  • Working within the TUI Airlines Auditor Pool, you'll collaborate with the Group Audit Standard & Delivery Manager to align audit planning and resource coordination across our operational domains.
  • Following the identification of non-compliances, you'll review and validate root cause analyses, approve corrective action plans, and ensure effective implementation within agreed timeframes.
  • You'll conduct compliance checks of E&M manuals and documents, reviewing each revision for alignment with current regulations and internal procedures before operational approval.
  • Monitoring external service providers and supporting wet-lease audits will be part of your remit, ensuring regulatory compliance through thorough evaluation in your field of expertise.
  • Whether acting as a Lead Auditor or Co-Auditor, you'll maintain comprehensive oversight of compliance across all operational domains, with full access to necessary organisational areas.

ABOUT YOU

  • You will ideally have experience in compliance monitoring, auditing, or quality assurance, within the aviation industry.
  • You'll have in-depth understanding of EASA regulations, IOSA standards, and airline-specific operational practices.
  • Auditor certification is desirable, with experience as a Lead Auditor or Co-Auditor in operational or technical scopes is advantageous.
  • Your analytical skills enable you to assess compliance, identify risks, and evaluate corrective actions effectively.
  • You're an excellent communicator with proficiency in English, capable of influencing and supporting operational teams.
  • Organisational skills allow you to manage multiple audits simultaneously whilst maintaining detailed documentation in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
