Are you detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills? Join our Customer Claims team at TUI UK as an Audit Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and quality control across our claims handling processes.

 

We offer a flexible hybrid working model. While scheduled attendance at our Luton office is required, there is the opportunity to work from home part of the week. ABOUT THE JOB
 

  • Assist in auditing internal claim files against service levels, insurer practices, and internal procedures to ensure accuracy and quality control.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and management on audit results to improve overall performance.
  • Create and manage housekeeping reports to identify data anomalies within the claims system and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and develop control processes around the integrity of reserves, payments, and recoveries across system interfaces.
  • Identify training needs and trends to recommend to the Audit and Data Integrity Executive.
  • Support the department with various administrative tasks and assist management as required.

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • Experience with claims systems or file management systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and procedures.
  • Proficient analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to interpret management information.
  • Understanding of personal injury claims handling processes.
  • Ability to work calmly in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to monitor your own performance against targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
