Join our Customer Claims team at TUI UK as a General Administrator, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service in our claims department.
We offer a flexible hybrid working model. While scheduled attendance at our Luton office is required, there is the opportunity to work from home part of the week. This approach supports collaboration and team engagement, while also offering flexibility to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Provide daily administrative support including opening and scanning incoming post, logging new injury/illness claims, loading invoices, and monitoring various inboxes.
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling incoming calls and supporting the wider department with general administrative tasks.
- Meet individual and team targets by complying with all applicable service levels and actively working towards departmental goals.
- Work flexibly with varied hours including some evenings to support teams dealing directly with customers.
- Contribute to team success by undertaking additional ad-hoc activities as required.
ABOUT YOU
- Office experience with a solid background working in administrative environments.
- Customer-focused with an excellent telephone manner and understanding of why customer engagement matters.
- Performance-driven with the ability to monitor and adjust your work to meet challenging targets and objectives.
- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a high-pressure environment.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to review management information and respond appropriately.
