ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • You'll be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and consolidating data from across the TUI Group into a unified database system, enabling comprehensive cross-functional analysis and insight
  • You'll analyse platform usage and performance data to identify trends and patterns that inform product decisions and optimisation efforts for our customer data platforms.
  • We'll rely on you to monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into platform performance and business impact.
  • Your analysis of customer data will help identify valuable segments, behaviours, and trends that inform platform enhancements and personalization strategies.
  • Supporting our A/B testing and experimentation efforts, you'll analyse results and provide recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
  • Creating compelling data visualisations and reports, you'll effectively communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Working collaboratively with product and technology teams, you'll help define performance requirements for new platform features and ensure proper implementation of tracking.

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • You have proven experience in digital analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, with a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency with analytics and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics enables you to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Your knowledge of SQL or other data query languages allows you to extract and manipulate data effectively to answer business questions.
  • Understanding customer data platforms and digital ecosystems comes naturally to you, along with awareness of data governance and privacy considerations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities help you tackle complex challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Your excellent communication skills enable you to present data insights clearly to diverse audiences, translating technical findings into business value.
