As Senior Airline Partnerships Manager, you'll drive TUI Airline's commercial growth through strategic partnerships, enhancing our network reach while creating exceptional value for customers and the TUI Group. The role sits within Airline Commercial and Network Planning & B2B Sales and reports to Head of Strategic Airline & Airport Partnerships.
This vacancy can be located at any of our headquarters of our Airline AOC locations - namely Luton, Rijswijk, Zaventem, Ostend, Stockholm or Hannover.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll develop and execute tailored bilateral partnership strategies that align with TUI's broader commercial, network and customer goals across our markets. This could span interline agreements, codeshares, joint ventures and Alliances.
- We'll rely on you to identify valuable partnership opportunities based on market needs, capacity gaps and demand trends that enhance our network reach.
- Leading high-impact airline negotiations, you'll own the full process from initiation through business case, project co-ordination and ultimately contract signature for partnership agreements, ensuring clear commercial benefits.
- Your expertise will be crucial in managing contractual and commercial governance, delivering win-win outcomes by combining strategic vision with tactical execution.
- Working collaboratively across functions, you'll ensure seamless integration of partnerships with network planning, revenue management, and customer experience teams.
- Continuously evaluating performance metrics, you'll optimise existing partnerships based on data-driven insights and market feedback to maximise value.
ABOUT YOU
- You bring expert-level knowledge of bilateral airline commercial arrangements, pricing models and negotiation frameworks to deliver strategic partnerships.
- Your track record demonstrates successful high-value airline negotiations and the ability to link partnerships to network and financial outcomes.
- A solid grasp of airline commercial metrics including load factor, yield, and contribution margin enables you to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience help you navigate complex organisational relationships.
- Commercial contract and legal literacy allows you to structure compliant, scalable agreements that benefit all parties involved.
- Your resilient, adaptable and solution-oriented mindset thrives in our dynamic airline environment, where you'll manage partnerships across different global regions.
- This role requires strong business English (written & spoken).
