Join our global Inflight Supply Chain team as a Forecast & Inventory Planner where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring product availability across TUI flights. You'll be supporting the effective management of both retail and non-retail products throughout our Northern, Central, and Western regions, coordinating vital information flow between teams and partners. This exciting position offers the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction and revenue through your forecasting expertise and inventory management skills.
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis in line with local office attendance policies.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll produce weekly SKU-level forecasts for each product area and market, maintaining and improving forecast accuracy in line with agreed targets.
- We'll rely on you to develop and communicate up-to-date data and forecasts to internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimising stock holding.
- You'll collaborate regularly with key suppliers to support accurate forecasting and product flow throughout the supply chain.
- Support the Supply Chain Planners with monitoring the Supplier Delivery Accuracy against targets and investigate any short or delayed deliveries to ensure consistent product availability on-board.
- You'll build relationships across the organisation, partnering with the IFS Product team, Category Managers, Merchandisers, and Product & Catering Managers.
- When needed, you'll deputise for the Forecast & Merchandising Manager and contribute to additional projects that enhance our supply chain operations.
ABOUT YOU
- You bring experience in retail supply chain or FMCG environments, with a proven track record in forecasting and demand planning.
- You're skilled at managing and analysing complex data, with the ability to transform insights into actionable recommendations.
- You demonstrate good commercial acumen and balanced decision-making when making choices that impact product availability and customer satisfaction.
- You're proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable leveraging data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- You possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the flexibility to travel throughout Europe on a regular basis.
- You're fluent in written and spoken English, and knowledge of another language (French, Dutch or German) would be advantageous.
