The purpose of this job is to lead a group of Product Teams within the Sales Solutions area, overseeing multiple Product Managers who are responsible for delivering sales channel solutions. This role drives product strategy and execution within the assigned teams ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining the flexibility to transition between different Pods as organizational priorities evolve.

ABOUT THE JOB

You'll lead a cross-functional Product Pod within our Sales Solutions area, directly managing 3-5 Product Managers who deliver innovative sales channel solutions.

Strategic vision is at the heart of this role - you'll develop a clear 3-year product vision and maintain roadmaps that align with business objectives while driving commercial impact across TUI's digital channels.

Working within our Pod model, you'll ensure your team operates effectively, collaborating across Product, Design, and Technology to deliver features that enhance customer experience and conversion.

You'll establish continuous discovery practices, coaching your Product Managers in identifying opportunities and overseeing feature design processes with multidisciplinary teams.

Stakeholder collaboration is key - you'll work with senior leaders across markets and functions to gain buy-in for roadmaps, align on requirements, and represent the product team in cross-functional forums.

Performance drives everything we do, so you'll establish KPIs to ensure features deliver experience and commercial improvements, creating feedback loops between metrics and roadmap priorities.
ABOUT YOU

You bring proven experience in product management, preferably within digital products or e-commerce environments, with a track record of leading product teams.

Leading and developing people energizes you - you've successfully managed Product Managers and know how to coach, mentor, and foster a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.

Your technical knowledge spans digital merchandising, content management systems, personalization technologies, and you're comfortable with A/B testing and optimization methodologies.

Working in agile/scrum environments comes naturally to you, and you've led cross-functional teams to deliver complex product initiatives in global, matrix organizations.

Strong analytical skills enable you to translate data into actionable insights, while your excellent communication abilities help you influence stakeholders at senior levels and align diverse perspectives across multiple functions.
