ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll lead the strategic analytics agenda across marketing and sales, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape investment decisions and ecommerce strategies while championing a test and learn culture.
  • Overseeing the development of comprehensive reports and dashboards, you'll ensure delivery of actionable insights to marketing, sales and commercial teams through robust, accurate and timely data.
  • We'll look to you to track sales and marketing performance against forecasts and budgets, providing detailed analysis of performance drivers and working with trading teams to optimize on-site revenue and conversion.
  • You’ll lead the evolution of our analytics function, working closely with group colleagues to future-proof our analytics architecture and capabilities, modernise visualisation and reporting and continually improve how we turn data into actionable insight.
  • Taking ownership of regional media measurement frameworks, you'll play a key role in leveraging full funnel marketing data and insight to optimise spend across brand and performance marketing channels for both short-term ROI and long-term growth.
  • You’ll provide clear insight into sales performance via digital channels, providing clear and timely insight into trading discussions to maximise digital sales growth.
  • Your role also involves directing post-campaign analysis for CRM activities, improving integration of CRM reporting with wider marketing analytics as well as being a voice of the customer leveraging our data and analytics to drive customer-centric decisions.
  • Leading the analytics engineering operations, you'll oversee the building of regional analytics infrastructure while managing a team of analytics professionals across multiple disciplines.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • You have proven experience in marketing and sales analytics, with a track record in leading analytics teams.
  • Understanding of eCommerce metrics, digital marketing channels, attribution modelling, and performance measurement comes naturally to you, supporting your ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Your knowledge of forecasting methodologies and budget planning processes enables you to effectively track performance against business targets.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and analytics platforms allows you to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • You communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships that foster collaboration and drive business outcomes.
  • A passion for developing analytics talent and fostering a culture of innovation supports your approach to team leadership and continuous improvement.
