ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll develop and optimize regional marketing communication plans that seamlessly integrate global brand frameworks with local market dynamics, balancing consistency with relevance.
- Managing the annual marketing calendar, you'll ensure alignment between global initiatives and UK&I regional priorities while collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
- We'll look to you to strategically activate marketing campaigns across the most effective channels, ensuring consistent messaging and execution that maximizes brand impact and performance.
- Leading the creative development process, you'll work with global and local teams to produce impactful campaign assets that maintain brand consistency while addressing unique market requirements.
- Your expertise will drive the development of commercial sales content across multiple channels to support trading priorities and boost customer conversion.
- As a strategic leader, you'll coordinate integrated marketing initiatives across all channels, ensuring cohesive delivery and measurable impact throughout the Marketing and Sales functions.
ABOUT YOU
- You have demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns within the travel industry or similar consumer-facing sectors, with end-to-end campaign management experience.
- You bring a strong understanding of the UK&I market and competitive landscape, with the ability to design marketing strategies tailored to regional dynamics.
- Your good working knowledge of all marketing channels enables you to guide effective planning and strategy while leveraging the expertise of content and channel owners.
- You can think strategically, set clear direction, and drive innovation across marketing initiatives to deliver measurable impact.
- Your commercial mindset and proficiency in leveraging data and analytics inform strategic decisions that optimize marketing effectiveness.
- You have experience managing strategic relationships with key suppliers and agencies, fostering collaboration that drives performance.
