ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll establish the strategic framework for the sales planning cycle, providing leadership in setting detailed targets while continuously reviewing performance against budget based on market intelligence and commercial imperatives.
- We'll look to you to lead the strategic direction for performance tracking across sales channels, analyzing traffic, conversion, and booking data to identify trends, shape commercial decisions and prioritise optimisation opportunities.
- Developing the vision for online discount, promotion, and offer strategies, you'll work with commercial leadership to ensure promotional approaches support broader business objectives and co-ordinate promotional campaign planning & activation across sales and marketing.
- Defining the overarching digital merchandising strategy, you'll establish governance frameworks for creating exceptional and aligned experiences to be delivered by web and app merchandising teams in BAU, whilst delivering commercial impact across product types.
- You'll work closely with the Sales Optimisation, Personalisation & Digital Change team to ensure merchandising priorities are reflected in the testing & change roadmaps, align merchandising capability between web & app, and coordinate personalisation activity with merchandising activity.
- Your executive leadership will define the strategic approach to sales campaigns, establishing frameworks for planning and implementation while ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and brand positioning.
- Leading teams across the region, you'll establish a high-performance culture while developing strategic approaches to talent management and professional development.
ABOUT YOU
- You have proven experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, and online sales with a strong understanding of merchandising best practices and platform optimization.
- Commercial acumen comes through in your ability to translate business priorities into effective merchandising and promotional strategies that drive revenue.
- Your analytical capabilities enable you to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations that optimize digital performance.
- Experience in planning and implementing successful digital sales campaigns supports your understanding of creating compelling offers that drive customer action.
- You demonstrate leadership abilities in motivating and developing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Building strong relationships across commercial, marketing, and technology teams allows you to collaborate effectively on cross-functional initiatives.
