This role will help drive TUI's marketing effectiveness through advanced econometric modelling and analytics, partnering with specialists to deliver actionable insights that optimise our global marketing investments.
 
This role can be based in either our Luton, Hannover, Rijswijk, Zaventem or Stockholm office and the closing date for applications will be Friday 31st October.

ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • You'll partner with our econometric agency to deliver Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) programs that assess marketing impact holistically, ensuring statistical robustness and business relevance.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders, you'll manage large datasets to identify trends and build key non-media variables including competitor and pricing data.
  • We'll look to you to translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations that align with our strategic learning priorities.
  • Collaboration will be key as you work with marketing and commercial teams to translate effectiveness insights into actionable recommendations and opportunity sizing.
  • Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement in measurement approaches as you stay updated on econometric methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Through clear storytelling, you'll engage non-marketing colleagues with data-driven insights that improve our business performance.


 ABOUT YOU
 

  • Proven expertise in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related quantitative field.
  • Comfortable working with analytical tools such as R, Python, and SQL, with proficiency in data visualisation and presentation tools.
  • Bring experience in marketing analytics, ROI measurement, and econometric modelling.
  • Successfully translated complex data into actionable business insights that drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and engage non-marketing colleagues.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage complexity, navigate ambiguity, and prioritize effectively.
