ABOUT THE JOB

  • This role focuses on optimising B2C digital sales channels to drive visibility and performance of dynamic product & offers across our web & app platforms in the Spain, Portugal & Americas region.
  • The position involves developing innovative B2C digital sales strategies based on financial targets in collaboration with Product, Pricing, and Trading teams.
  • Creating impactful B2C campaigns across digital touchpoints including Web, App, and CRM channels will be central to driving conversion.
  • Enhancing the customer journey across B2C digital platforms to ensure the best offers are consistently visible and prioritised is a key responsibility.
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing team to optimise B2C performance in paid media will maximise customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analysing B2C digital sales data to identify trends and opportunities during weekly Sales & Trading meetings will inform strategic decisions.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • We're seeking a forward-thinking leader with expertise in B2C digital sales channels and a passion for travel
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing B2C digital sales strategies for travel products is essential.
  • A thorough understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM tools, and B2C customer journey optimisation will help you succeed.
  • Effective coordination skills across cross-functional teams are necessary for this collaborative role.
  • A data-driven perspective with the ability to manage B2C Sales Budgets and interpret digital performance metrics is important.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
