ABOUT THE JOB

  • As Digital Sales Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving visibility and performance of dynamic product & offers across our digital web & app in the SP&A region. You’ll lead the development and execution of sales strategies, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives to maximize conversion and market impact.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans based on financial targets in collaboration with Product, Pricing, and Trading teams.
  • Design and execute sales campaigns across Web, App, CRM, and other digital channels.
  • Ensure the best offers are consistently visible and prioritized across all owned platforms.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to optimize performance in paid media.
  • Lead weekly Sales & Trading meetings to review performance and adjust tactics.
  • Monitor market trends and integrate insights into product and offer strategies.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Marketing teams to position TUI products effectively in local markets.
  • Analyze search, visit, and conversion data to inform ongoing improvements.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven leader with a strong digital mindset and a passion for travel.
  • Proven experience in sales planning and driving hotel & flight campaigns to get the best results
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM tools.
  • Excellent leadership and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to own Sales Budgets and interpret data and market trends.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
