Join TUI Musement in People Services as an HR Administrator, where you'll support our posted staff working across various destinations worldwide, ensuring smooth on- and off-boarding processes whilst playing a vital role in supporting our employees and managers in destination.

 

This role is covering maternity leave and will be advertised until 24th March 2026.


Salary: €21,000 per annum

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll prepare employment contracts and handle candidate inquiries, managing contract changes as our posted staff move between destinations.
  • Data maintenance in Employee Central/SAP will be part of your daily routine, including entries, exits, and destination changes.
  • We'll rely on you to handle various administrative activities such as confirmations, terminations, agreements, and report preparation.
  • Collaboration is key - you'll work closely with Payroll, Reward, Recruitment, and Placement teams to ensure seamless processes.
  • There's opportunity to get involved in both local and international HR projects, expanding your experience across our global operations.

ABOUT YOU

  • Your communication skills shine in both written and spoken English, allowing you to connect with colleagues worldwide.
  • You're comfortable with MS Office and can navigate digital systems with ease.
  • Proven experience in business administration tasks means you understand the importance of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Employee Central or SAP would be advantageous, though we're happy to support your development in these systems.
  • Empathy, honesty, and transparency are natural parts of your personality - you genuinely care about the employee experience.
