We're looking for a Head of Commercial/Sales to drive revenue growth and lead commercial performance across TUI Spain, Portugal & Americas. You'll own the development and execution of commercial strategies, optimise sales performance, and ensure strong product commercialisation from planning to market launch—all whilst championing our test-and-learn approach to continuously boost conversion and maximise impact.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll lead and implement commercial sales strategies across B2B and B2C channels to drive sustainable revenue growth and hit business targets.
- Driving end-to-end commercialisation of products is key—you'll ensure priority products receive strong sales focus with a data-driven commercial mindset, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams for seamless execution.
- Planning and executing sales campaigns and in-season pushes will be part of your remit, using our test-and-learn framework to optimise effectiveness and continually improve performance
- We need you to ensure competitive B2C pricing through price matching and competitor analysis, working closely with our B2B distribution strategies.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, Yield, Digital, and Customer Service teams, you'll secure cross-functional alignment and maximise site conversion.
- Analysing market performance, competitor activity, and customer insights will guide your commercial decisions and help identify growth opportunities across all markets.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong track record in commercial sales, pricing, product commercialisation, or revenue management within the travel or tourism industry is essential.
- You're analytical and data-driven with strong commercial acumen, comfortable using analytics tools and digital commerce platforms to inform decision-making.
- Leading and inspiring teams comes naturally to you—you've successfully managed teams and know how to foster a high-performance culture focused on results and innovation.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management are strengths of yours, and you're skilled at building relationships across departments to drive commercial objectives.
- You're a strategic thinker with strong execution ability, a proactive mindset, and a passion for test-and-learn experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
