ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll lead the contracting and commercial management of TUI Group's owned hotels and those participated through Joint Ventures, negotiating preferential conditions and exclusive competitive advantages.
  • Maintaining continuous relationships with different hotel divisions and chains belonging to TUI Group will be key, as you identify growth opportunities and optimise our hotel portfolio.
  • You'll guarantee the availability and competitiveness of our strategic hotel portfolio across all sales channels, complementing the offer through selective contracting of third-party hotels.
  • Managing relationships with strategic online providers (bedbanks, channel managers, DMCs and experience providers) will form a core part of your role, leading the incorporation of new connections in coordination with technology and product teams.
  • You'll supervise the commercial performance of contracted hotels through KPIs including sales, margin, availability and conversion, whilst coordinating commercial campaigns and marketing actions with Group hotel chains.
  • Ensuring correct integration and distribution of contracted hotels through different systems and channels is essential, as you oversee quality of integrations, availability, content, pricing and performance of existing connections.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in hotel contracting, tourism product management or business development is essential, along with a track record negotiating with international hotel chains.
  • Your knowledge of hotel distribution, connectivity and the tourism provider ecosystem will be valuable, particularly experience managing providers such as bedbanks, channel managers or service aggregators.
  • You'll combine commercial vision, strategic negotiation and technological understanding, with experience working alongside both technical and business teams.
  • Fluent English (C1 or above) is required to succeed in this international role.
  • Your strategic business vision, analytical capability and cross-functional leadership will help you thrive, along with your digital mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving in multicultural environments.
