Senior Growth Lead

We're looking for a Senior Growth Lead to drive business expansion and revenue growth across new and existing markets for TUI Spain, Portugal & Americas. You'll play a critical role in identifying, validating, and scaling new commercial opportunities while supporting our diversification into emerging channels and priority markets.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll identify and evaluate new market opportunities across Spain, Portugal, Americas & Italy, with a particular focus on high-growth potential regions like Latin America.
- Leading market entry initiatives will be key, as you develop business cases, go-to-market strategies, and execution plans that are both scalable and sustainable.
- We need you to develop and grow new distribution channels, including partnerships, affiliates, marketplaces, and digital channels, whilst onboarding strategic partners to expand our reach.
- You'll design and execute growth initiatives that deliver incremental revenue beyond our core business, building financial models to support investment decisions.
- Establishing a strong experimentation mindset is essential—you'll run pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives, analysing results and scaling successful models.
- Working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Digital teams, you'll act as a connector to remove barriers and accelerate delivery.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in growth, business development, commercial strategy, or digital channels is essential, preferably within travel, e-commerce, or digital marketplaces.
- You've successfully launched new markets, channels, or products and have a strong track record of driving revenue growth through innovative initiatives.
- Your analytical skills are exceptional, with experience in data-driven decision-making, building business cases, and creating financial models.
- You're fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken), enabling you to work effectively across our diverse markets.
- A growth mindset with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach defines you—you're comfortable with ambiguity, change, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills come naturally to you, along with the ability to think strategically whilst executing effectively.
