Housekeeping Manager

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Housekeeping Manager in Croatia located in Dalmatia. You will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas. You will oversee and develop the housekeeping team, manage schedules and inventories, and collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Collaborates with the General Manager in defining the proposed budget for the housekeeping department and oversees the organization of departmental operations
• Ensures effective workforce planning, including staff scheduling, accurate recording of working hours, annual leave and days off, while maintaining optimal staffing levels in compliance with legal regulations and service standards
• Supervises the upkeep and maintenance of hotel furniture, fixtures, and inventory, providing recommendations for repairs, replacements, and renovations of rooms and public areas
• Monitors and manages departmental expenses to ensure cost efficiency within the approved budget
• Organizes and supervises monthly inventories of linens, cleaning supplies, and operating equipment, ensuring proper asset write-offs and inventory control, while planning annual procurement needs accordingly

ABOUT YOU

• High school diploma or vocational qualification (SSS)
• Minimum of three years of experience in hospitality
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office
