
Maintenance Technician

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Maintenance Technician in Croatia located in Dalmatia. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure they are in proper working order and meet safety standards. Your duties will include performing regular inspections, carrying out preventive maintenance, and responding promptly to repair requests from various departments. You will work closely with external contractors when needed and ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with TUI standards.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Performs all maintenance tasks required for the seasonal opening and closing of the hotel.
- Carries out minor repairs on the building structure, equipment, and furniture, as well as on all types of installations, except for those requiring specialized knowledge and authorization.
Regularly records readings of utility meters (electricity, water, gas, fuel). - Ensures regular maintenance of facilities and outdoor areas within the hotel or campsite.
- Is responsible for the operation of pool systems when the maintenance technician in charge of managing and monitoring pool operations is not on duty.
- Assists the maintenance technician responsible for managing and monitoring pool systems in all cases when that person is unable to perform the necessary maintenance tasks for the pool systems and pool area independently.
ABOUT YOU
- High school diploma (SSS)
- At least three years of work experience in the same type of position
- Knowledge of the English language
- Mandatory medical examination
- Category B driving license
