Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Restaurant Manager in Croatia located in Dalmatia. You will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service standards, smooth workflows, and high guest satisfaction. You will oversee the restaurant team, manage staffing and schedules, monitor service quality, and collaborate with kitchen and other departments to deliver an outstanding dining experience aligned with TUI standards.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Collaborates with the Food & Beverage Manager to prepare and ensure hotel restaurants are fully ready for daily operations
  • Plans, organizes, and supervises all restaurant activities, including staff scheduling, operational efficiency, and adherence to hygiene standards
  • Leads, motivates, and develops the restaurant team to consistently achieve high performance and service quality in line with company standards
  • Conducts regular inspections of restaurant areas to ensure proper setup, ambiance, lighting, and climate conditions prior to service
  • Monitors and coordinates workflows during service periods to guarantee smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience
  • Reviews and evaluates food and beverage pricing, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue, competitiveness, and guest value

 

ABOUT YOU

  • High school diploma (SSS)
  • Minimum of three years managerial experience in similar positions
  • Excellent command of at least two foreign languages, both spoken and written (English and German preferred)
  • Creative, motivated, responsible, and communicative individual with strong leadership, organizational, and business management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
  • Experience in team management
  • Proficiency in MS Office
