Warehouse Manager

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Warehouse Manager in Croatia business located in Dalmatia. You will be responsible for leading and managing the overall warehouse and storage operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely supply of goods, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. You will oversee the warehouse team, manage stock levels and ordering processes, monitor costs, and collaborate closely with the kitchen, restaurants, bars, and other departments to support smooth hotel operations in line with TUI standards.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Receives and verifies delivery documentation and forwards it to the
• Accounting department for processing
• Receives and inspects goods upon delivery, recording all items and maintaining accurate warehouse records
• Issues goods to company outlets and ensures proper documentation and record-keeping of all movements
• Accurately enters data on received goods into the inventory management system
• Prepares and submits daily reports on all goods received and issued from the warehouse
• Ensures proper inventory rotation (FIFO/LIFO) to maintain freshness, quality, and compliance with company standards

ABOUT YOU

• High school diploma (SSS)
• Minimum of two years managerial experience in the same or similar positions
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
