We are looking for ambitious, driven and energetic Sales Representatives to join our team in Marmaris.

This is a performance-based role where your passion, persistence and hunger for sales will directly impact your earnings.

•  A natural people person who enjoys engaging, persuading and closing deals.
•  Confident and persuasive, with the ability to sell on the spot.
•  Creative and solution-focused, finding ways around challenges with positivity.
•  Resilient under pressure, thriving in a target-driven environment.
•  Fluent in English (additional languages such as Turkish, Polish, German, or French are a strong advantage).
•  Eligible to work in Türkiye.

ABOUT THE JOB

•  Proactively approaching and converting new customers.
•  Selling excursions, activities, and experiences both in and around the shop.
•  Driving foot traffic by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through promotions, flyers and local collaborations.
•  Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•  Contributing ideas and initiatives to help the team reach even higher results.
•  Handling objections with confidence, persistence and positivity.
•  Representing Tantur Turizm with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be out and about - actively approaching and engaging potential customers, sparking their interest and closing sales.
