Join TUI as a Lastminute.com sales rep and help to deliver memorable holiday experiences for guests in targeted hotels for lastminute.com customers.  

You will significantly drive revenue targets by providing expert recommendations and a face-to-face booking service allowing customers to experience all their destination has to offer.

• A highly motivated, target driven individual, with a confident and ambitious sales-focused mindset – you care about guest experience. 
• Digital know-how, willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible products & services. 
• 1yr+ sales experience in a face-to-face context is advantageous.
• An open, friendly & collaborative approach, with the ability to quickly build trust with both customers & colleagues.
• Good local knowledge & passionate about experiences/things to do in the area.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.

• Excite our guests by selling them the most suitable TUI Experiences combining platform recommendations with your local knowledge & insights.
• Service facilitation: Strive to always provide answers to questions and also re-direct guests to the appropriate person or digital tool for lastminute.com.
• Embrace an omni-channel culture by encouraging and allowing customers to use whatever channel is most convenient.
• Provide genuinely helpful service outside of selling excursions.
