Spa Therapist

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Spa Therapist where you will deliver consistent, high-quality spa and wellness treatments that meet our hotel brand standards, drive guest satisfaction, and support commercial performance of the spa.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Deliver a range of spa treatments in line with brand standards and treatment protocols.
• Carry out professional guest consultations, identifying needs, preferences, and contraindications.
• Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety at all times.
• Create a calm, welcoming, and safe environment throughout the guest journey.
• Promote and sell spa treatments, retail products, and packages to support revenue targets.
• Ensure correct use, care, and storage of products and equipment.
• Support daily spa operations including treatment room preparation, stock control, and opening/closing duties.
• Work collaboratively with spa and hotel teams to deliver consistent service standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and take appropriate action to resolve issues.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Spa Therapist or equivalent 
• Must hold formal qualifications in wellness, beauty therapy or massage therapy. 
• Strong communication skills in English is required. French, additional languages are an advantage
• Well-groomed with a high standard of personal hygiene
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Positive and energetic personality
