Join our Intercruises Regional Operational HUB team in Marseille, France, where you'll manage the full scope of operations for shore excursions, transfers, and cruise turnarounds. This role sits at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless delivery from planning through to execution.

ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • You'll receive and analyse data across all verticals, loading our cruise line portfolio into the system with precision and attention to detail.
  • Working with global guidelines, you'll help us achieve standardisation while planning services and liaising with suppliers to meet operational needs.
  • The planning system will be yours to run, manage, and review on an ongoing basis, ensuring we meet operational requirements seamlessly.
  • You'll distribute operations information across the team and related business areas, keeping everyone connected and informed.
  • Monitoring changes, modifications, and cancellations is key—you'll update the planning system constantly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Cost optimisation and sales planning according to budgets will be part of your remit, helping us work smarter and more efficiently.

ABOUT YOU

 

  • Your administration and organisational skills are strong, and you're confident working with technology to get things done.
  • Previous experience in the cruise industry.
  • You can solve problems independently and aren't afraid to suggest improvements to our ways of working, embracing our digital culture.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English and French is required, with additional languages being advantageous.
  • Thinking things through logically comes naturally to you, allowing you to simplify tasks while working virtually and independently when needed.
  • You easily adapt to changes in ways of working and can quickly react to operational issues as they arise.
