Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at our 5-star luxury hotel brand - The Mora responsible for the daily inspections of rooms and public areas and ensure exceptional service to all customers, ensure adequate inventory levels of cleaning products.

ABOUT THE JOB
•    Perform daily inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure the best possible service.
•    Assist on recruit, hire, and train new housekeeping staff.
•    Ensure the availability of materials and equipment.
•    Perform staff reviews and encourage teamwork among staff.
•    Resolve guests’ problems and complaints.
•    Maintains compliance with local regulations and records.
•    Enforces operational standards and employee management.
•    Promotes teamwork, safety, and asset management.

 

ABOUT YOU
•    Self-discipline, initiative, and leadership ability.
•    Strong organizational and leadership skills.
•    3–5 years in hospitality, at managerial and supervisory level.
•    Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
•    Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
•    Conduct MOD shift and experience the hotel from the eyes of the Hotel residents.
