Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Cluster Brand & Media Executive where you will support the brand presence, media coordination, and reputation management for both the TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar and The Mora Zanzibar. This role safeguards the brand voice, strengthens media visibility, and ensures consistent, professional communication across all external platforms.
This role is located in Matemwe, Zanzibar. You must have the right to work in Tanzania before applying for this role.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Maintain organized records and marketing files in shared drives
- Keep relevant systems updated to reflect marketing activities and revenue plans
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and social media policies
- Adhere to all company brand and operational guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices
- Participate in sales trips, networking events, and promotional campaigns
- Provide timely responses to internal and external stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years’ experience in PR, communications, or hospitality marketing
- Strong media writing and storytelling skills
- Experience managing online reputation platforms (ReviewPro an advantage)
- Excellent verbal and written English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and diplomacy
- Confident communicator with external stakeholders
