We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Communications Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance TUI Musement's brand presence and drive product awareness across multiple channels.

ABOUT THE JOB
Lead our brand strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies that align with business goals and strengthen our brand positioning.
Drive impactful campaigns: Oversee integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels to boost engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
Champion content excellence: Manage our content strategy and oversee the creation of compelling assets for various platforms.
Protect our brand identity: Act as brand guardian ensuring consistent identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across all touchpoints.
Develop high-performing teams: Lead, mentor and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and nurturing talent to achieve exceptional results.
Collaborate across functions: Work closely with key stakeholders including Product, Content, SEO, Paid Media, CRM, TUI Group Brand, and Local Market teams.

ABOUT YOU
Experienced professional: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with 7+ years of experience in marketing communications or brand management.
Strategic thinker: Proven track record of developing insight-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver results.
Brand expert: Deep expertise in brand identity management, content marketing, digital marketing, and social media.
Exceptional communicator: Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Team developer: Experience building, leading and developing high-performing teams with excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
Data-driven: Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance metrics and optimise campaigns for success.
