As a Strategic Partners Specialist at TUI Musement, you'll build and manage long-term relationships with B2B partners while supporting strategic partnerships within our Global Digital Partnership Team.

This is a maternity cover position for a period of 8-10 months

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with B2B partners as part of the Global Digital Partnership Team, independently managing CXO & senior decision makers.
  • Monitor partnerships' performance and deliver regular insights and reports to clients to develop data-driven strategies for growth across geographies and product verticals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and optimisation calls, identifying areas for growth while negotiating the best possible terms and placements.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Product, Supply, Marketing and Finance teams) to project manage the delivery and implementation of our technical solutions.
  • Support Team Managers with strategic partnerships and projects, assisting in reporting, analysis, tracking, billing, day-to-day operations and cross-team coordination.
  • Leverage our technical solutions to enhance the digitalisation of our B2B partners while developing and implementing commercial and business strategy for the team.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in account management, business development or sales, preferably within the travel sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Passion for building relationships and ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels to contribute to business growth.
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
