The purpose of this job is to support and empower suppliers in managing their product content independently by coordinating onboarding, guidance, and best practices within the context of our business platform and cross-functional collaboration, so that product availability, content quality, and sales performance are optimised in line with organisational targets.

ABOUT THE JOB:
- Support suppliers throughout the loading and updating process on our Business Platform and via API, empowering them to manage their products independently and drive sales
- Communicate best practices and standards through various channels, including newsletters, webinars, and emails
- Provide support with Salesforce Cases, offering suppliers the necessary materials and guidance
- Onboarding new suppliers, teaching them how to use our business platform effectively
- Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders, such as Customer Care, Tech Support, and Supply Management as well as external stakeholders, including suppliers and API providers
- You will coordinate with BI, Supply Management teams, and the Offer Content Excellence area to collect data and support the implementation of best practices
- Able to provide support on over 20,000 products to ensure they are up to date and have availability

- Excellent knowledge of internal systems and understanding of content management and curation
- Highly organised, methodical and target driven
- Sensibility to propose new flows and processes
- Ability to coordinate a number of priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
