Join our global TUI Musement team as a Business Development Executive for the Intercruises brand, where you'll help drive our cruise business in the French Riviera & Monaco region.
This is a seasonal role for 8 months and will be advertised until the 14th of November 2025.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll assist the commercial team with developing the French Riviera & Monaco cruise business for assigned clients while managing commercial relationships with suppliers.
- Creating financial and content proposals according to client specifications and deadlines will be a key part of your role, ensuring we deliver competitive offerings.
- We'll rely on your ability to negotiate with clients and suppliers to achieve competitive rates and attractive margins for our business.
- Communication with cruise line clients will be essential, handling ongoing Requests for Proposal and Ad Hoc Quotation requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- The role involves developing compelling Shore Excursions for our cruise clients, creating comprehensive tour portfolios that include descriptions, quotation sheets, and presentations.
- Working closely with Operations teams ensures alignment between quoted and delivered services, while monitoring financial sustainability through tools like Salesforce.
ABOUT YOU
- You have experience in the tourism or cruise industry or relevant understanding of the sector.
- A comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and tourism trends in the French Riviera & Monaco region helps you identify opportunities for growth.
- Your demonstrated commercial mindset comes with excellent negotiation skills and a successful record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships.
- Understanding of digital components and new industry standards is valuable, particularly regarding API-based connectivity and reservation technologies.
- Communication is one of your strengths, with excellent verbal and written skills that enable effective collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as task management systems, Salesforce, and Power BI supports your analytical approach to business development.
